  • Where is the store based?

    Auckland, New Zealand

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    I sure do!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic (within New Zealand) orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 - 6 weeks.

    If you have ordered a drop shipped item as well as another item this will arrive separate to your other items.

  • What is drop shipping?

    Drop shipping means your order goes straight from the manufacturer's in America to your door and does not go past me during the shipping process at all.

    This is beneficial as most customers reside outside of New Zealand, making your shipping cost significantly cheaper than having products sent to me in New Zealand then back out of the country again.

    Some products are sent from me in New Zealand but all shirts, hats and apparel are sent from manufacturers in the United States.

  • I have an issue with the print quality of my drop shipped order.

    If you are concerned with the printing quality of your item please contact me through the store. I'll have you take pictures of the error and I'll forward them on to the manufacturer for a prompt replacement.

  • Do you make custom Body pillow designs?

  • Do you offer tracking numbers on orders?

    Drop shipped items - Yes! I can retrieve this for you.

    New Zealand shipped items - Generally no.

    Orders sent from New Zealand are not tracked in order to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. If you would like to have your items tracked regardless, there is an option to add shipping to your order in the "extras" tab.
